HiFlights accepts a wide range of standard payment methods, including all major credit cards, with the exception of American Express (AMEX). This ensures that our customers have a convenient and secure way to complete their transactions, making the booking process as smooth and efficient as possible. Once your final payment has been successfully processed, HiFlights will promptly email your electronic flight ticket to the address provided during booking.

Your ticket will include the airline’s booking reference number, which can be used on the airline’s official website to manage your booking. This reference number allows you to check flight details, select seats, request special services, and make any necessary changes to your itinerary directly through the airline's online platform.

If you have to cancel your flight before you have paid in full, we cancel the flight reservation and refund you the monies you have already paid towards the flight.

There will however be a cancellation charge of £20.00 applied per person.

If you decide to cancel the flights after the ticket has been issued then there will be a 100% cancellation fee.
