How do I pay for my flight(s)?
HiFlights offers flexible payment options, allowing you to pay for your package in easy installments. We accept a wide range of payment methods, including all major credit cards—except American Express (AMEX)—to ensure a smooth and hassle-free booking experience.

What happens after I pay for my flights?
Once your final payment has been successfully processed, HiFlights will promptly email your electronic flight ticket and transfer confirmation to the address provided during booking.
Your ticket will include the airline’s booking reference number, which can be used on the airline’s official website to manage your booking. This reference number allows you to check flight details, select seats, request special services, and make any necessary changes to your itinerary directly through the airline's online platform.
Can I cancel my flight & transfer?
If you have to cancel your flight & transfer before you have paid in full, we cancel the flight reservation and refund you the monies you have already paid towards the flight.
There will however be a cancellation charge of £20.00 applied per person.
If you decide to cancel the flights after the ticket has been issued then there will be a 100% cancellation fee.
Can I pay for a flight-only In instalments?
If you choose to book a flight only, the full payment will be required upfront at the time of booking. This ensures your reservation is confirmed without any delays.
Please note that flight-only bookings are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel, a 100% cancellation fee applies, and we will be unable to issue any refunds. We recommend reviewing the airline’s policies before booking to ensure you’re comfortable with the terms.
